Sarah AgoSarah Ago is an ordained minister and nonprofit leader who has supported DCC for over a decade. She was introduced to the work of DCC through the church where she served as a pastor. Through multiple trips and a church-to-church partnership, she became passionate about learning from local churches through the Red Del Camino Network.
Sarah is the mother of two sons, serves as a preaching associate at Parkside Church in Charleston, SC, and is the Minister to the Board of SEARCH (Southeast Asia Rescue Coalition and Haven). Nilza OyolaNilza I. Oyola is the Executive Director of City to City Miami, leading church planting and pastoral development initiatives with over 18 years of nonprofit and strategic management experience. A passionate advocate for marginalized communities, she founded REINA, a faith-based framework that empowers women through leadership and storytelling. As an ordained minister, author, and speaker, Nilza brings a powerful voice to issues of justice and spiritual growth. She holds an MBA and remains deeply engaged in community and ministry work.

William (Bill) YaccinoBill Yaccino is the director of church relations at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (TEDS). Bill brings over 32 years of full-time pastoral ministry to TEDS and has served in senior leadership positions at churches in St. Charles, IL; San Diego, CA; Fresno, CA; and Chicago, IL. Originally from Chicagoland, Bill is a graduate of Purdue University with masters degrees from Creighton University and Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary. He is a seasoned pastor, former Air Force officer, and social entrepreneur. Bill and his wife, Chrissy, have six adult children.
Dave SchwarzDave Schwarz is a production company founder and storyteller who leads Signature Production Group – specializing in technology solutions for corporate meetings and events. He was introduced to the work of DCC through his background in video storytelling and a shared passion for meaningful connection. Dave’s professional passion is in bridging gaps through live events, film, and shared stories. He lives in St. Charles, IL, with his wife Robin, his son Brandon, and his daughter Kaylee.
